project. I originally started off searching for trinity symbols and found the triquetra symbol found in Irish knotwork. I was planning on using a tribal stylization like those found in tattoos (like my watermark), but then I was struck with an idea - what if I made it like a magic/summoning circle? So that is how this came about. I kind of like it - it has an irony associated with it and since the Sisters are "demons" its also appropriate.

When I had the tribal design in mind, I was actually thinking of patterns they'd have tattooed on their bodies. Talan was going to have a barbed wire-like design around her bicep, Kalli had a heart design tramp stamp, and I didn't get to Certia before I scrapped the idea (what would represent pride?). I didn't draw out those designs, but I might just for kicks. Remind me to show my logo sketches when you're down here if you're interested.
